Blowers and fans used for snow making application are usually blowing artificially-created snow on to trails or recreational slopes. Blowers are mounted on tracked vehicles and depends upon quick setup and logistical response. Canada Blower Axial designs are developed with the snow making OEMs to provide rugged service in a seasonal business. Equipment sits idle for several months a year and must be depended upon to respond with minimal maintenance on short notice. This recreational application of CBC fans requires portable equipment that can be mounted with electric generators or internal combustion engines to create snow for skiing.
